Music Station's 25th Annverisary Special & Magic Power PV @ 15:33
I had been really busy for these past few months, so I had not blogged for quite a while... Anyway I watched Music Station's 25th Annverisary Special last night and it was 3 hours of pure entertainment. ^_^
I LOVE all the artistes who performed on the 2011/09/16 special. Yunho & Changmin (from current Tohoshinki), Hey!Say!JUMP, AKB48 and EXILE, were some of the music artistes present. The last 3 groups brought a lot of members with them, so it was quite amazing to see so many artistes standing together on one stage. LOL.
I have also watched Hey!Say!JUMP's Magic Power PV recently. Everything about the PV is great, except that I see Yamada 80% of the time. For a group that is made up of 10 members (I still hope Ryutaro will be back), Yamada's screentime takes up a really huge proportion of PV. I don't blame Yamada since I doubt he got any say in this. But for a fan like me who only manages to catch glimpses of Inoo (and I'm not exaggerating at all), it is only natural to feel bitter about such disparity.

Ikemen desu ne Episode One @ 15:48
I watched the first episode of "Ikemen desu ne" last night. The drama was nicely filmed, but I didn't enjoy watching it as much as I thought.
The main reason was because the storyline wasn't entirely new to me. I had watched the Korean drama "You are beautiful" before, and "Ikemen desu ne" followed the Korean drama storyline very closely. So I could pretty much predict what was going to happen next.
Another reason was that the actng of the main cast in the drama. Takimoto Miori's and Tamamori's acting were bland, almost disappointing.
When I first saw Takimoto's photo (the one with long hair), I though she suited the role well, because she looked like she could be boyish-looking if she had her hair cut short. But sadly in the drama, her mannerism was really girlish, so I really wondered how the rest of the A.N Jell members got fooled. She looked like a confused young girl most of the time. And when people (such as Koda Kumi) saw her looking like that, they would exclaim "kawaii!", which was kind of irritating.
As for Tamamori, his acting was quite stiff. I don't know much about him, so maybe it is because it was his first time acting? To be fair, he wasn't bad at acting, but he wasn't good either.
Hikaru's acting was passable and he was quite funny in some parts. But the only person with convincing acting skills, is Fujigaya. He played his role really well. I am not his fan, but I have seen him as part of Kis-My-Ft2 in Shounen Club many times. His image is fierce and wild, so I was fairly surprised to see him with his hair tamed down, reading a book calmly in the drama. It was a stark contrast with his usual image.
Kojima Haruna's acting was notably good in this episode too. I always thought she couldn't act to save her own life, as it was evident in her previous dramas such as "Mendol-Ikemen Idol", yet she played the role of a cutesy but actually bitchy idol very naturally.
Hopefully, the drama will be more interesting for the next episode, but I really doubt that.

Love & secret messages @ 08:25
I know this is not really new, but I just have to post this picture:
Hikanoo! They looked really at ease and comfortable with each other. XD
The picture's credit goes to MoMozzz.
I also read from a few online blogs about Inoo's recent jweb entry today. If you take the first character from each sentence and it will read " もりもと!!はやク かエってこいよ" from bottom to top. It means "Morimoto!! Come back quickly".
I am quite glad that someone from Hey!Say!JUMP finally hinted something about Ryutaro's smoking incident. Not just because it is Inoo, but because at least someone from the group shows that he knows about the incident and cares about Ryutaro.
I hate the fact that JE has removed video clips of shows that have Ryutaro in it. It is as if Ryutaro has never existed. I don't know the reason behind this, but I thought by doing this, it will draw even more unwanted attention.

Twenty-SIX?! @ 12:44
While I was uploading "Hey!Say!JUMP ✦✧ ⓈⓊⓅⒺⓇⓈⓉⒶⓇ ✧✦ ", I counted the number of HSJ fanvids that I have made. The result is 26 fanvids since my first HSJ fanvid in June 2009. I know that I've made quite a number of fanvids, which is why I try to make each fanvid not too similar. But I never noticed that I have actually made so many HSJ fanvids. XD
My "Over" CDs package had arrived on Tuesday. Here is a photo:

Waiting @ 16:37
I went to upload the Hikanoo fanvid which I made halfway before the release of "Over". I spent some time to complete it this afternoon. Here is the link:

I am still waiting for my "Over" CDs to arrive. I pre-ordered them from Yesasia, but since I used the free international shipping (instead of express shipping), I have to wait for 6-14 days before I can get them. DVD and mp3 rips are already available online, but it always feels different to get your hands on the actual products. This is similiar to comparing buying songs from iTunes and buying albums from music stores, except for the copyright issues.

New fanvid & music videos @ 14:01
I have uploaded a Daikei fanvid this morning. I think most fans refer this pairing as InooDai. Haha, but I thought Daikei sounds better. Anyway, here is the link:

I just watched "Echo" MV by Girls' Generation. The MV is released not long ago and it caught my attention as I had used this song for one of my HSJ fanvids before. Here is the link to the MV on Youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DouErhJOCa4
You can tell that the time and cost invested on this MV is not much. The idea for this MV is very simple. It consists of a few group scenes and individual members' close up shots. Yet I feel it is a very nicely done MV. I never expected the HSJ song "Ai-ing Aishieteru" to have an extravagant PV, but something like Girls Generation's Echo MV will definitely be better than the fanvid-like PV we got.

Reward & Punishment @ 21:06
For Hey!Say!JUMP fans, these couple of days have been a roller coaster ride.
First is Ryutaro being suspended indefinitely from HSJ's activities for underage smoking. Personally I don't find underage smoking a big deal. But I can understand its seriousness from his agency's point of view. It could have affected HSJ's positive role model image. There are questions in my head such as who took the photos of Ryutaro smoking, but I hate to speculate. It will just make the matter appear worse than it actually is.
Anyway, I don't like the fact that the magazine had published the article right before the release of "Over". It is obvious that the magazine chose this time to gain more attention to improve their magazine sales. They hadn't care if the article would hurt fans' feelings just when they were looking forward to the single release.
Next is a piece of happier news. HSJ's single "Over" sold over 113,554 copies on the first day. This figure is even higher than their debut single, "Ultra Music Power". :)
